We are delighted that US First Book has chosen COSIV as one of nine partners around the world to support the development of reading literacy of vulnerable children. Thanks to this, we were able to hand over 900 books from prestigious Czech publishers to children in the Charity of the Czech Republic asylum homes for families in crisis situation. Today, we personally distributed books to Prague and Central Bohemia regions, and other books in the network of asylum homes across the Czech Republic are arriving by post. We hope that quality children’s storybooks will bring children inspiration for their own journey. Our thanks belong to publishing houses Labyrint, Raketa, Meander and Baobab for their cooperation in selection of titles most suitable for this charitable purpose. Special thank belongs to Mr. Joachim Dvořák from Labyrinth publishing house for his commited approach to our cooperation. We thank all those who have been involved and helped to make this nice event. Who knows, perhaps we will repeat it for a year.
